Q. How can I order one of your toys as a gift or as a backup for one that my child can't live without?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot sell directly to consumers, nor are we able to replace previously purchased products. We sell our soft toys to the wholesale trade through regional and national retail partners worldwide. Q. Can I wash my Animal Adventure plush toy?
A. Most Animal Adventure soft toys are best wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Q. We're a retailer based outside the United States. Can I still order products from Animal Adventure?
A. Absolutely! We have a large number of international customers.
Q. Do you carry other products in addition to what's featured on the website?
A. We have many more thousands of designs stored in the Animal Adventure archives. The toys featured online are there to provide a brief overview of our design sensibilities and the scope of our product categories. If you don't see what you need, don't hesitate to contact a sales representative — chances are we have the perfect solution for your plush or soft toy program in our extensive design library.
Q. Can I have exclusive plush toys made for my business?
A. Yes, you can! Our design and global production resources teams will work directly with you to create the perfect product for your business. However, we do require a minimum order of 2,400 pieces per style to execute any special requests.
