- A. Unfortunately, we cannot sell directly to consumers, nor are we able to replace previously purchased products. We sell our soft toys to the wholesale trade through regional and national retail partners worldwide. - Q. Can I wash my Animal Adventure plush toy?
- A. Most Animal Adventure soft toys are best wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Q. We're a retailer based outside the United States. Can I still order products from Animal Adventure?
- A. Absolutely! We have a large number of international customers.

- A. Yes, you can! Our design and global production resources teams will work directly with you to create the perfect product for your business. However, we do require a minimum order of 2,400 pieces per style to execute any special requests.
